Much like a credit card, CareCredit® and Chase Health Advance offer patients a line of credit that can help them pay for medical expenses. Patients may apply for CareCredit® or Chase Heath Advantage online or at our office. The application process is fast, easy and of course completely confidential 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
